By using the EkuStack—MediaStack app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to upload, share, or promote content that is:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Violent or abusive
• Hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant EkuStack—MediaStack a license to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates our policies at any time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
